Longshot admission from Longfellow since it was so competitive (I believe a couple hundred applied). We ended up going with another test prep center because it was local and in-person - since you only offered virtual sessions. We were frustrated with the lack of structure and individual attention from them. We paid for individual sessions from them on top of the already outrageous fee. The individual sessions were uninspiring - merely glorified editing sessions that she could have gotten from Grammarly. They also pushed back against her ideas she wanted to incorporate. So we called you late in the process out of desperation and exasperation. YOU, instead, embraced what she was trying to say and gave her a predictable structure and methodology to follow. YOU took the time to guide her in a direction you thought would work with what she wanted to say while ensuring it would resonate with TJ admissions. YOU gave her a repeatable template to create a response to ANY question she might receive (loved loved loved your study guides-thank you for sharing with us even though we didn't pay for the full program. We received nothing like that from the other place). We learned more effective SPS techniques from you in 2-3 private sessions than we did in 2 months with the other company. With only weeks left and much trepidation, we gambled and had her follow your recommended structure. The instructor's style was very clear and open. I liked how we were able to just unmute or type in the chat random questions that we had. Our instructor was very reliable and made sure that everybody in the group understood what was going on.
I really liked my instructor's style of teaching. It seemed like they truly wanted to see each and every student succeed. Personally, I struggle with time management and I think if that area of the course was emphasized more, I would have had even better results.

Hello, I just wanted to say thank you for working with my son. He completed the SPS yesterday. The muscle memory kicked in. He finished with 20 minutes to spare. Regardless of how this process goes, going through those tests has been such a good experience for him..You guys were exactly what he needed these last 3 months!

I learned numerous tips and skills needed to write an effective SPS and PSE. Although the classwork was fairly challenging, it gave me an insight on how life at TJ would be like.
