As a proud alumnus of Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJHSST), its former Student Government President, and former member of the Partnership Fund Board of Directors, Neil understands the TJHSST admissions journey from a deeply personal perspective.
Neil graduated from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce with a B.S., studying Finance and Applied Statistics. This foundation led him to a successful five-year career in financial services, with roles at premier institutions like Goldman Sachs and Evergreen Private Equity, backed by Alpine Investors. While the work was challenging, he felt a stronger calling: to mentor and empower students to achieve their own academic and personal goals.
Neil's approach to TJ admissions is high-access and merit-based: help more students build the preparation, confidence, and problem-solving ability needed to compete, while preserving the academic rigor that makes TJ distinctive.
The instructional team is a community of dedicated mentors, led by Neil. It is composed of fellow TJHSST alumni and students from the world's most prestigious universities, including Stanford, Harvard, UPenn's M&T Program, UChicago, MIT, Georgia Tech, and UVA.
This collective of high-achievers shares a common purpose: to provide students with the guidance they wish they had. Our approach goes beyond test preparation. It's about building a foundation for lifelong success by fostering critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the confidence to tackle any challenge.
