All exams begin at 8:00 AM ET. Choose the dates that work best for your preparation timeline.
Schedule updated for the current FCPS 2026-27 admissions calendar. The standard SPS/Essay writing administration is Saturday, January 9, 2027. FCPS notes that dates remain subject to change.
These tests replicate real test conditions, including timed writing and proctoring, to help students get comfortable with the test format and develop better time management skills.
All small group coaching students receive all 10 exams included. Self-paced students can find practice-exam registration details in Google Classroom.
Self-proctored option: If your student cannot attend live, they may complete the exam independently at home. The exam form opens Saturday at 8:00 AM Eastern Time and must be submitted by Sunday at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. The form closes after the deadline.
When the secure materials arrive: For testing security, we email the secure exam materials and participation details the day before the scheduled exam. They are not sent at registration.
What to have ready: A computer or laptop, pens or pencils, one sheet of 8.5 by 11 inch scratch paper, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
Feedback is provided within 7 days of test completion, giving you ample time to apply the insights before your next test.
These practice tests are open to anyone, regardless of current enrollment. If you're part of our small group coaching program, all 10 exams are already included. Self-paced students can find practice-exam registration details in Google Classroom.
The self-paced program includes two full-length feedback sets by default. However, these are not proctored exams. The proctoring helps enforce accountability and simulate test-like scenarios with a time limit.
Yes, you will keep all of your existing sets. This offering is completely separate from any feedback sets you've purchased. These are proctored exams.
Yes, each proctored practice exam features brand-new prompts, designed for this particular exam administration. These are new prompts to ensure that all students can receive an accurate, realistic assessment of their performance as though it were the actual exam.
